Who doesn’t absolutely love magic shell? It’s incredibly easy to make, and it’s even better when you use high-quality chocolate. Try making it at home, and I bet you’ll never go back to the store-bought stuff.

Ingredients
1 cup good quality chocolate bar, chopped
2 tablespoons coconut oil (refined for neutral flavor)
Instructions
Add the chopped chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring very well after each interval, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
Let the mixture cool for 2–3 minutes so it’s warm but not hot.
Spoon or pour over ice cream. Within seconds it will harden into a crisp chocolate shell. Top with whipped cream, rainbow spinkles, cherries, nuts, and whatever else you enjoy on a delicious ice cream sundae!
Tip: Store any leftover magic shell in a sealed jar at room temperature. If it hardens, microwave for 10–15 seconds to liquefy again
