Roasted garlic makes for an excellent addition to any savory dish you can possibly imagine. It is creamy, buttery, sweet, and bursting with flavor. Not only is it delicious, but it is filled with vitamins and antioxidants - perfect for anyone looking to boost their immune system. Enjoy it in dips, mashed potatoes, salad dressing, a slice of pizza, or on a plain piece of toast - you really can't go wrong!

Ingredients
•40 cloves of peeled garlic cloves
•Extra virgin olive oil, enough to completely cover the garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place the peeled garlic cloves in a small oven-safe baking dish or ramekin. Pour in enough olive oil to completely cover the garlic cloves.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the garlic is soft, golden, and spreadable. Avoid letting the garlic become dark brown, as it can become bitter. Loosely top with foil if it starts to get too brown.
Remove from the oven and drain the garlic from the oil. Allow to cool slightly before using.
Store the roasted garlic and garlic-infused oil separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
