This creamy feta dill dip is the easiest way to make a vegetable platter something people actually want to eat. Fresh dill, garlic, and a tangy, creamy base pair perfectly with crisp vegetables, grilled fish, and just about any Greek-inspired dish. It's also delicious as a spread for sandwiches, wraps, or gyros.

Ingredients
•15 oz whole milk Greek yogurt
•1/4 cup fresh baby dill, finely chopped
•1 large clove garlic, minced
•Juice of 1/2 a small lemon
•6 oz feta cheese, divided
•1 TB mild harissa (mina brand)
•Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, harissa, dill, garlic, lemon juice, feta, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Serve with sliced cucumbers, baby carrots, bell peppers, olives, crackers, warm pita, or your favorite dippers.
Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper, if desired.
*Crumble your own feta. It is so much better, trust me.
