Feta Dill Dip

This tangy and creamy dill dip will jazz up any lame and flavorless vegetable platter.

Ingredients
•15 oz Greek yogurt, whole milk
•1/4 cup finely chopped fresh baby dill
•1 large clove garlic, minced
•1/2 medium lemon, juice
•6 ounces feta cheese*
•Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Reserve an ounce of feta to fold in at the end if you prefer a chunkier texture.
2. Serve with sliced cucumbers, baby carrots, bell peppers, olives, crackers, or anything you desire!
3. I like to add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and top with some crushed red pepper.
*Crumble your own feta. It is so much better, trust me.
