Chili Oil Garlic Butter Noodles

Indulge in this amazing noodle recipe that's a delightful balance of sweet and spicy Asian flavors. With a unique blend of chili oil, garlic butter, and a touch of honey, these noodles are an awesome treat that far surpasses your typical takeout order.

Ingredients:

Garlic Butter Chili Oil and Sauce:

•1/2 stick Butter

•1 tsp Fly By Jing Sichuan Gold Chili Oil (optional)

•3 cloves Garlic

Sauce:

•2 TB Soy Sauce

•3 TB Oyster Sauce

•1 tsp Sesame Oil

•1/4 cup Honey

•1 TB Chili Crunch

•1/4 cup Pasta Water

Pasta:

•Your choice of pasta (e.g., spaghetti, bucatini)


Finishing Touch:

•3 Egg Yolks

•Green Onions (for garnish)

•Sesame Seeds (for garnish)


Instructions:

1. In a pan over medium-high heat, melt the half stick of butter with Fly by Jing Chili Oil.

2. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and chili oil, cooking until fragrant.

3. Once the garlic is fragrant, in the same pan, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, and chili crunch if using.

4. Incorporate 1/4 cup of pasta water into the sauce for a smooth consistency.

5. Cook your choice of pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

6. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.

7. Add the drained pasta to the sauce in the pan.

8. Toss the pasta in the sauce and garlic butter for the last 2 minutes of cooking to meld the flavors.

9. Off the heat, swiftly whisk in the egg yolks to create a creamy texture.

10. Garnish the dish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
